I have really lost the love of blogging for the moment, and it is not just blogging but other things. This always happens when I add something like work into the mixture of my life, especially when I am pulling in more hours than originally planned. I expected 20 hours a week, and did 16 alone over the weekend. I imagine it sounds like all I do is whine about working and I think I do, I hate doing it. Nick is happy though that he will have a paycheck of his own this week, and we won't have to borrow money to make ends meet.
Another thing I want to be honest about, as I expected the homeschooling is suffering. I don't think the kids think they have to do their work, which of course is wrong. We won't even mention the housework, though Papa surprised me and cleaned out the garage, and it looks great. Now I need to figure out where to put a table before the day ends. Why? Mother Nature decided to snow last night.
One more point of honesty? Public bathrooms, why do people disrespect them so? I treat a place the same as my home, and I would not leave some of the nasty messes people leave in a public restroom in a million years. Just gross things you come across some days.
Okay, now to be honest, it is lunch time, so I'm splitting.

Seriously about the public bathrooms. I had to use one this weekend and seeing how someone had left one of them nearly made me cry. Ugh.
Well, it's tough to work and blog too. You can't do it all. I know hubby is happy that there is another paycheck coming in. These are tough times and they are going to get tougher before they get better.
I too can't stand public restrooms sometimes. Some folks must have been raised in a barn.
Have a great day. :)
I hate public bathrooms! Ewww! Sometimes blogging does feel like a chore.
I empathize on all points. Change is never easy and your work schedule seems more demanding than expected. I suspect you’re tired and that makes everything else harder … especially with the excitement and busyness of the holidays. Hang in there and cut yourself some slack wherever possible. As for public bathrooms, I’m always amazed at how nasty they can be because I treat them like my home too.
Hugs and blessings,
Work can be such a pain in the behind - it gets in the way of so many other things that we could be doing!
And I so agree with you on the bathroom thing - it's amazing to me how disgusting some people can be.

It's a very stressful time for you right now. Things will become routine soon, though.
BTW, I hate public restrooms because people can be so disgusting!
Hang in there, Momma! Blogging will come back around...or so I hope!
You can only do what you can do. I sometimes forget that real life is the important thing, because the blog/internet life is so compelling. But in the end, the real life is where it's at.
ur definitely not alone. I have been in that rut too. I neglected a lot of blogging and stuffs because I was so overwhelmed with all that's happening to my life but I'm getting better - Thank God! I hope life go easy on you too :)
