Weekly Word Challenge #3

Photobucket
Madame Tink gave us the challenge of:
Domestic
and
Foreign
this week to send us off seeking things to photo. As I could not find a French Woman to dress as a maid for me so I could cover both words in one photo you must deal with the ones below instead.

Domestic...
After maid the next thing that came to mind for some odd reason was beer, could it be that I live in Wisconsin?

not being a beer drinker though, I thought why not include a domestic soda for you,
Jones, your all occasion soda:

Foreign...
Liquor again was on the mind, but I just don't drink that much so I wandered aimlessly through my home and offer these foreign objects...
Photobucket
This rather frightening looking mask came from Greece and wasa gift from my Godmother.

Photobucket
These wooden shoes were a gift to my son (all 3 not-so-little bears got a pair) from a sweet friend in The Netherlands. These actually fit his rather large feet.

This meme and the Heads or Tails meme looks like fun Penelope! I think I'd like to do them next week... Great photos of foreign and domestic things. There's a candy corn soda? Or did I read that wrong... Also that mask from Greece is probably the tragedy mask there is usually a matching comedy mask. Italy has them too. :D

OMG, I LOVE LOVE LOVE Raspberry hard cider! Actually any kind of hard cider gets two thumbs up from me!

I used to live in Wisconsin... Racine to be exact.

I don't think I'd drink either the cidar or the soda, although I find their containers intersting. And I kinda like the mask :-0

Great job on the words this week!

I haven't been able to bring myself to try any Jones Soda yet. So much of it just doesn't sound all that tasty. ;-)

I want some of that cider! Then again, I am the Sneaky Bottlesipper. But the candy corn soda is just plain nasty! Seriously!!

Raspberry Hard Cider! Mmmm. Why don't we have good beers like that here? We have a beer, tomato, lime mix here that sounds too nasty for me to even attempt to drink.

Great entries!

Oh where would one get that Cider Jack Rasberry hard cider? I want some! Let me guess Wisconsin?
For the life of me I couldn't get past my initial thought on this one, which was BEER!

Gee - that mask is rather frightening, but beautiful all the same. And I love the wooden shoes. I love Holland in general, in fact. And Candy Corn soda? What a concept - sugar, water, and no flavorings of any kind to adulterate the palate ; ) ?

Cool pictures, that mask is spooky. Does the boy wear them at all??

I had the French maid idea too, but my lovely wife was not up for that kind of photo.

Looking forward to next week. :)

for some reason I am thirsty now. And I hate to say it but the mask is a bit, ummm, scarry. Very nice WWC!

Jones Soda comes out with the weirdest flavors! I love candy corn, but am as hesitant to try that as I was to try the Gravy one. I love your new signature graphic by the way!
